If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the unopened item in its original packaging (factory sealed) within 14 days, unless noted below.

Personal Use Products:

• We do not accept personal use products as returns unless defective. We do not accept returns on personal use products due to Health & Sanitation Issues.

Return Policy: There is a 14 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
• No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
• Postage will not be refunded for returned items.
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 25%) at our discretion.

•The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.

1. Include a copy of invoice which was received with the product(s).
2. To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
3. Please contact customer support via the contact us page on or website or at 917-257-5319 to return your product.
4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing your return.
